Twisted Art and Shattered Dreams
Dirtywick has given us the go signal to announce our upcoming bouncyRock module to the NWN2 community. The title of the module is...
Shattered Dreams.
I'd like to say more about our module, but words fail me at the moment. Instead, I'll show a few sketches that I drew in preparation for 3D modeling. These are some of the things that I'm hoping to create for the game. Dirtywick pointed out, however, that trying to release the module by April while building new models is going to be tough. I'd like to have my cake and eat it too, but whether these sketches become realized as full 3D models remains to be seen.

"Words fail me" is a teaser technique I never heard before. ;) From what we've seen here thus far, I really doubt words could really fail you, Frank! :)
Can't wait to hear more about it. Good luck!
You should start to see more of this project soon.
PS: Frank.... I love the angel mirror :D The "dog thingy" is cool too!
PSS: The armor on the knight looks strikingly similiar to the Oblivion: Shivering Isles' Madness Armor.
The project oozes "excitement" from what I have seen already.
Lance.
Wow, all those sketches look saweeeet! The armored hound and the death knight-looking creature... please make sure those become models! :)
Keep up the great work, team - I'm looking forward to more updates!
@ E.C.,
Ha ha, you're on to me. You saw right through my coy ploy. Actually, I've been really busy making concept art, so I'd rather let Josh take care of the verbal hype for our module.
@Josh,
I've never played Oblivion: Shivering Isles because I wasn't particularly impressed with the original game. When you mentioned the Madness Armor, I had to look it up. Having found a video of it in YouTube, I can see where the similarities are. I guess the parts that I chose to put faces in are pretty much the obvious places, although I hadn't thought of putting a face at the back of the breastplate. Hmm, that's something to think about. :P
